Gear FX is the best, I really think it is a gear supplier issue. Most of the gearsets are loud. Once the Ford 9 inch went out of normal passenger car production the aftermarket had no reason to make good quality quite gear sets. In my opinion.

I'll start a build thread on "Crunchy" the 1955 Chevy. If the 8.8 set up in Lillard's is dead quite I'll do that.
