Default Anyone recognize this fuel cap interface???

This is on a custom fuel tank and the model/year of cap the vendor said it took is not anywhere near close.

I'm hoping someone will recognize this and please tell me what fuel cap I need to order. It's for a sealed cap (the tank is set up for external venting). The profile that it has is uniform all the way around.

Thanks in advance!

The neck looks like a 95-2002 Blazer neck.
