Default Tire stores on-line or local

What tire stores do folks shop at on line? I'm in Vancouver,Canada so I usually ship to south of the border and go down to get them (and cheap beer) or do most of you just find a good deal at your local tire shop.I'm looking at buying options so if any of you have an idea please chime in...thanks

Dave

My first choices are Discount Tire Direct or Tire Rack. I check both.

Just make sure your installer will mount your tires. I had a friend
Buy tires from tire rack and the tire shop he went to wouldn't put them
On because he couldn't guarantee the tires bought online and not through them.

True. If you get them from Discount Tire Direct any America's tire can receive and install them, they're the same company.

Tire Rack and Discount are the same company now as well. It's a monopoly.

My local shops will usually match the online price at Tire Rack for me, so I just buy from them and pay for the install.
