Just completed the install of the Tilton 900-series brake pedal assembly and 78-series, pivoting MCs. Since the MCs pivot in a front bearing (in order to keep the actuator shaft and cylinder in perfect alignment), the feed and discharge lines must be flexible. Brown and Miller (BMRS) fabricated the reservoir-to-MC and MC-to-bulkhead lines. Hard lines are used from the bulkhead fitting to the calipers.

I will provide an update shortly, but I just purchased a Bosch M5 Clubsport ABS system that I will be adding to the car. One note of interest is that I had to replace the Tilton 78-series master cylinders with 79-series models. The 78's (and most earlier masters) are not compatible with ABS. Pulsations in the ABS pressure damage the internal seals.

ABS Plumbing update. Short soft lines built by BMRS to connect the pump to bulkhead fittings for the hard lines - 1/4" from MC's to pump, 3/16" from pump to individual brakes. Flex lines in and out of pump help isolate vibration. Pressure sensors installed in MC to pump lines, and yaw sensor on transmission tunnel. The Bosch system can use C6 Corvette active wheel speed sensors. Now lots of wiring.
