Default having headers coated

I wasn't happy with the local place I had coat the headers I built for the TA. They started rusting shortly after having them finished, and I question if they did the inside.

As I start to gather parts for the C10, I'm facing having to get headers coated again. I really want a quality job this time. I want them in black, too. There's a very good chance they will be steel again so I want someone that will prep them thoroughly. Any suggestions? Shipping is not a problem.

Thanks

I haven’t had any black headers done by them, but Jet-hot has done ceramic for my car. Not a lot of miles on them but they were done 15 years ago and even where they scraped on the ground they are not rusting or flaking past the actual scuffed area. They coated inside and outside and I know they offer black coating as well.

Heard good things from Jet Hot. I'm looking at these guys to do my exhaust. I like the heat reduction claims, and the black looks nice. They definitely coat inside and out.

I used JetHot for the temp control “extreme 2500”. Super durable and still looks great. And my car isn’t treated super nice.

For the heat management properties, since I'm running a turbo. Trying to avoid wrap on certain areas.
