The authorities in S:t Petersburg didn't think this intersection needed redlights or a round-about. I guess those who got involved in the crashes think differently.

Crazy Russians! I think its funny that they install video cameras but no stoplights at that intersection. That tunnel just doesnt make sense, alot of them seem to just be driving normal, then decide to change lanes as fast as possible.
