I guess so..David Ford who is the local promoter is a good friend..He won't take no for an answer. The Cuda won't be there but I'll take the Woodie I guess. I have to drive all the way to Alans to get it..drive all the way back over here..wait half a day to get it checked in..run back to Alans if we do the dyno pull..run all the way back over here to get the woodie..bla bla bla. I just don't like the whole indoor mentality. That white glove treatment to the top of your frame rail looking for a particle of dirt or dust and docking you a point..when the oil pan, exhaust, etc dragging the ground and the car isn't even driveable not costing a point is ridiculous in my narrow mind. But I'll be there some if the lord's willing and the creek don't rise. come up and slap me if you can

Damn, it must be a bitch being you, Poor ole Bob, man I hate while I am working, you have to do all this car stuff. I bet you even have to get someone to help you clean it too. Surely you are getting free tickets or something for all your troubles. Shame, shame, shame. If you be real good, you can come up here and help me put this deck on this cabin. It is only 40' in the air. Easy money.

It ain't easy bein me....I love rat rods..hope David resurrects that show..it got so bad it was ridiculous..he's a hard worker..his wife is a doll too..she works along side him like a real trooper...He's made a big show out of the Moonshine Festival Show. He really enjoys that stuff..too many crybabies for me..lots of these guys just don't know quality and they get very ill when they don't win the big kahuna. a few guys are ready to fight..throw a fit..I don't have the patience for it.

I know it sounds strange but when you mess with cars all day long..everyday..it does get a little old..never make your hobby a job..it phuks it up..as far as your deck..ever seen one of those decks collapse on the news..you don't want me helping you..but I guess if it could hold me and you up..it'd have to be pretty substantial..I'm not much help..damn what do you expect from a check writer..

Cuda is running..sounds crisp..nice deep tone..good cam lope..not too loud..had all kinds of troubles from getting the wrong program to start..then the experimental distributor stub we had in it had a cam sensor that was giving us a bad reading..the set screw behind the magnet was giving us a reading as well as the magnet..180 degrees from the magnet..pulled the set screw out and she ran like a charm..love this one off experimental stuff. Should be at the Dynos next week..got to get some miles on it first..Rockland doesn't want to put the trans and rear thru the strain without breaking them in first. Still spending money like a drunken Indian..casino.. not 7/11.
