We pretty much knew we were going to retain the original tanks and just change the core, add steam line bung and neck sizing. We converted to a 3 row dimpled tubes and reinforcement ribs on sides which should be more than sufficient.

Meanwhile a few pics!

Spent quite a bit of time at the local parts houses trying to find the proper contour hoses to work!

Were still finishing routing of wires, harnesses hoses ect.

trying to route things more "exposed" than we usually do to retain a factory appearance

Stereo system is hidden as well and will be controlled through an app on an Iphone.

Classic Instruments made a one off shift indicator and not pictured, but super cool heater Ac control panels

And hidden behind the clamshell headlight covers..JW Speaker LED's...

Very cool Steve all those touches to hide a lot of the new-tech you and your crew have added.

Just went through this entire build. Very impressive! This will be a great sleeper. I started on the last page and worked my way forward. At first I didn't even pick up that was an LS engine! Very sneaky, very slick.

Thanks guys, the time and effort that went into a lot of the mods on this car will probably go unoticed by the majority, but I guess thats the goal!

First off this car is just incredible and I am adding this to my favorite car list. Stepping back the car looks like a simple build but it's not you just made it look that way. The detail you went to in the engine compartment is going to be a show stopper. Most people won't even realize that it's not a nailhead and to me that is what makes this car.

A trick I learned a long time ago (yes I am that old) is to buy that ugly flexible radiator hose and bend it to the shape you need. Then gently pull it out and then fill it with spray foam so it will harden and they you can take it to the auto parts store so you have something to compare the hoses to.
