Yes sir.... I've discussed this in-depth w/my No.1 car buddy & agree w/you 1000%.

I do not care for the hub cap protruding beyond the wheel lip. Yes, it's still an OE appearing set-up but that cap hanging out beyond the rim lip is too much outside of 'the look' for me.
That's what had me questioning what set-ups are compatible.

The new floor pans came with it so we added it.

When the previous owner had it the fire wall got messed up.





Because it is an original BBC car we are going to keep the stock heat box look in the engine bay

Working on the transmission tunnel to get clearance for the D&D Tremec 6 speed. It also helps the driveline angles.

I got a second set of wheels for “street” use. To get the look I wanted I had to go to slider stock brakes.
