Thanks!

I like the "current" version with the painted valve covers. They "frame" the stacks and make them pop a bit.

Since this old POS is just a driver... I just play with it all the time. My wife calls it my "rolling experimental platform".

I like the tall stacks - but they're within a 1/2" of the hood in the front and with no 'filters' I really don't like driving it that way. I'm on pins and needles waiting for a rock or something to be swallowed!

I wanted one built in a console type deal - but he said NO. So have to go with what the pros know. I'll just buy a plastic beanbag jobbie at Fred Meyer I guess... and then toss it in the trunk when not in use.
Hide one in the seat bottom and it will never be seen till you want it.

I'm not redoing the interior.....

Or do you have an idea how to do this with the existing seat covering etc?

There should be a way to do it with the seat you have, Send me some pics of the front of it and I could look and see if it is easy or not worth it

You're down there - can you snap a pix of the front like Tracy is asking for??

I'll let you walk around with me at SEMA if you do!

Your a funny guy!! They put your car in storage. I'll take a pic as soon as I can. Or call and talk to Chuck or Dave, and tell them you need a pic of the front of the seat asap.

That does look good actually.
I'd be afraid of rocks going down the stacks as well. That would not be good.

Got a chuckle to myself when my new plate arrived for the 32.... Since to me it reads "re-deuce" since I'm redoing the whole car -- but of course it's also a RED deuce...
