I know what you mean about Portland, I'm probably not going to be here much longer. I need to get out of multnomah county. A nice place in Newberg or Mcminville with a vinard in the back yard would be Robyns dream come true.

Rodger and I were talking the other night about the upcoming tire physics model for iRacing. Here's a link to a video of Dave Kaemmer (sim racing programming guru and Godfather of sorts) talking about his research and progress.

Well we had talked about just running in the week 13 events tonight, but I'm not sure we will all get put in the same class. So I guess I could host the same event so we do or just skip tonight and run the week 13 stuff. This week will be fun, the Vette and the radical at Watkins Glen with the boot. Fun.

I wonder if the setups are fixed?

I won't be able to run a full race tonight; my in-laws are coming over for dinner. I may let my father in law run in some of the practice sessions, either Legends or the Vette if he's feeling up to a challenge, so I may be online later.

I found an older video demonstrating some of Rodgers driving skills:

Nice Greg, this guys uses a philosophy we used on the circle tracks.
"If the radiator will fit, the rest will follow!" Although it couldn't be Rodger, his knees were not touching the steering wheel!

That is about what it was last night Greg in what they call week 13. In Week 13 which is the end of a season they do a fun for all. They let the lower rated guys drive the big Horsepower cars against any one willing to race and have a huge turn out. There are no license requirements and it does not affect your safety rating. So last night in race one at Watkins glen I'm driving the radical which is a 300hp go kart basically with a bunch of guys also driving the C6R also. It is mixed class racing. Well we started the race with 56 cars and had a huge pile up in Turn one. Thank God I started in the back and knew turn one is always a mess so I let the idiots drive right off the cliff. Well I finished the 15 lap race in 8th place and got 3rd in class.

Bob told me last we that next week at SEMA Iracing will have booth at the event. I say we have some kind of competition on who can set the fast time for each day. Sorry Bob they don't run the slow cars for the DEMO.

Maybe I'll ask for the slower cars. Hope they have the new Mazda to try out.

What would the slow car prove, that you can crash both a super fast C6R and the Slowstice?

If they let Greg drive he will have to sit on somebodies lap and they will have to press the pedals for him.

True I can crash anything.

Well he isn't going to sit on my lap. We can just gather up some catalogs from neighboring booths and he can sit on those.
