The shop car is awesome. Lots of trick parts just like any RB build. So many cool touches it will take awhile to find them all

You know I was coming back to enjoy this build thread and was just wondering if anyone at Ring Bros wanted to share anymore on that CF roof skin. Are there any closeup pictures of the roof ? The only ones I saw were not detailed enough. The early Mustangs did not have a removable roof panel like newer cars. So I'm wondering if this was the technique used -

The middle section of the roof was cut off

A flanging tool was used to form a step so that the CF roof could fit flush, or flange pieces were made separately and welded to the remaining roof.

I'd think the CF roof must have been at least 1/8" thick, which is a fairly large flange to make in the roof metal, but making a separate 1/8 flange would also be hard to curve, its not like you can put it in the shrinker although I guess you could hammer a curvature into.

I'd just be real curious about more details on this. I'll look closer at the roof photos but its hard to see that detail.
