Who's this Doug Renner guy?

Is it just me or is this guy in every magazine? Four for four magazines I've recieved lately has had this guys low rider in it. Camaro Performers twice, Chevy High Performance, and now Good Guys. Anybody know if he's running 24's on the back?

I'm glad you said something. Personally, I'm tired of seeing that thing and its big wheels in every magazine I read. I think I'll have to write a letter to the editor of Camaro Performers if I can ever remember the editor's name, wasn't it Brad Penny, or something like that? In any case, he needs to be made aware of what horrible taste he has in cars. Not everyone likes first gens and not everyone likes rollin' on "Dubs." Please mister Brad Penny, if you're reading this, please feature a car with some class like a third gen with 16'' wheels.

I think Dr. Renner has been out of the country on business as of late. It wouldn't surprise me. As for Darren, I think he has been busy taking care of one of Dr. Renner's children that contracted a cold.

Dr. Renner, the man, the myth and the legend behind the nation's latest automotive trend of placing big wheels on low slung cars was recently confirmed by an inside source to be hard at work exporting his patented trend to Saudi Arabia, in an attempt to displace the country's current trend of completely chromed vehicles. Sources cite that Dr. Renner has been in negotiations to sell his patent style for a number of days now, and may have been confronted with unexpected difficulties closing the deal as the Saudi's are reticent to adopt black cars with large diameter black wheels in such a fiercely hot climate. It is alleged that the Saudis are fearful that black cars will absorb too much heat causing critical vehicle components such as shock absorbers to explode.
