Thanks! I love the 67 Mustang Body style and any year Boss!

I have done all the work myself except for final body work & paint, and the engine build. I have done some of both before, but I chose to use professionals. The shop I went to was the body shop. I had it shipped 250 miles to one guy that restores Shelby Mustangs. I knew he would do it correctly. And he did!

The rest I have done by myself. I have had the car since Mar 06. Been at the body shop from Nov 1st 2006 till Apr 20th 2007.

30 days since I got it back from the body shop and I may start the engine tonight!

headliner in a mustang isnt bad, but the roll bar might present a minor PITA... after looking at the header install pics... i have no doubt you can do it

A friend of mine told me the same thing. "Just use the wind lace around the doors and small pieces in front and back around the glass seams, take your time, use carpet type spray on glue and you can do it."

Thanks for the vote of confidence.

Custom built by Shelby for the GT500E Eleanor Mustang. Very hard to find. I don't think you can buy one right now!

Heck of a project! What have you been doing with the rest of your life the past year?

Thanks Roger!

I own an Income Tax business like H&R. I have 8 offices. Timed the car to go to the body shop while I had to work. It worked out perfect. Got it back April 20th. A month later and the engine is in.

Hoping to have it on the road in less than 30 days. Anybody know of any good meets/runs to attend? How about the Power Tour? I think it starts before I will be totally finished.

SIMPLY AWESOME! You have done a great job on this build. I'm sure you will enjoy every minute you drive this car, knowing you did 90% of the work. UP may be calling you for some advice
