On little hot rods --- my chassis is every bit as nice as the body... and that included all of that being bodyworked to perfection... and the jambs etc are just as perfect... and the master cylinders are painted body color and bodyworked...
Obviously the less you want perfect.... the less labor it takes. But people fail to really look at all the details of these show cars -- and then equate that to what they're talking about money wise. I've seen engine bays with incredible paint and detail... and I think WOW! OMG...

I have to say when you first told me what Gwens Brizio was going to cost for paint and body I thought WOW your getting the shaft on that deal there's nothing to that car! But I could never be more wrong I can tell you that. And as you look at the detail the car speaks for itself, and again you paid for that detail. When I picked my car up from Troy and he gave me the time line of when he needed it back (four months) I really believed I had a extra month to play with, thinking I would blow right through it no problem.

I will never look at these high end builds again and think, whats the big deal thats for sure. I was one of those guys your talking about Greg .
