I look forward to your thoughts on the FITech. I'm eyeing one of their systems for a stroked small block mopar engine I'm building.

Thanks!

SBDave, thanks me too! It really cant be beat when you compare the competition. It looks like Holley just came out with an exact replica of the FITech platform. I found that interesting.

I think the black with red lettering would look cool on your car.

I agree with the Black with Red letters. Who's kit are you considering? I did the kit from Kore3 and paired it with a DSE brake booster Sbd the car stops as good as my 2010 Camaro.

ps I did an LS swap with a 700r4 and a carb and I live that your doing a big block as nothing sounds better then a raspy big block.

Wow, see that's why I love this site. I would have never thought of the black calipers with red lettering. I love it! I think that's subtle and cool all in one. It'll add just enough detail to catch the eye. I am going with Kore3 brakes.

Great project you have going. I just signed back into this site to get motivation. my 65 is at the shop now and getting a lot of rust cut out and will receive a lot of attention starting in a couple weeks. I'll start a thread for it soon. Mine has been sitting miserably for about 8 years now.

Keep up the great work! and thank you for helping me get motivated!

Thanks guys! It motivates me getting feedback and all the compliments for sure! I knew if I started a thread I would have to keep the progress and pics coming to keep the thread going and by keeping it going I've met new friends and sparked up new conversations with old ones. On top of that a couple of my buddies just bought new hot rods and it's giving me even more motivation to get this thing going again. Now if I could just come up with a bunch of money and all the other things in my life can be paused I'd be in great shape. LOL
