Here you can see the fitment to the doors and fenders to a car that was painted about 18 years ago... We are removing the trim and will repaint the car and fix the A-pillar at that time for a perfect fit but we designed this to fit as well as possible for all cars and yes they are all a little different. Are you fenders or door factory? This car is all factory Camaro. You gap is the largest one we have seen yet.
So as you can see on a factory car they are just about even or as even as we could get them and not hit anything. We want the glass to be tight but can't be to tight that it hits the metal or you will break it. There has to be a gap around the glass or in flex you will snap it. Hope this helps somewhat.
