We also raised the rear seat floor pans up about 4 inches so the Borla mufflers are actually about 1/2 inch higher than the rear frame rails.

There is a lot of folks on this site that make this kind of work look much easier than it really is. My hat is off to them. I probably have 40-50 hours just making cardboard templates.
Awesome Greg, you'll be ready for paint in time I remember the first min tubs I did, I thought what's the big deal? Well a week later I wasn't saying that Now I can knock out a side in a day or so!!

I'd save your travel and spouse miles for when we light that monster up....or during final assembly.

I've been trying to get Greg to come out and give me a hand part time...it would be nice to have at least one guy in the shop that has been formally trained to use the nice equipment I have.

Oh, I'm sure I could justify another business trip to Cali this spring! On the other hand my job description got a little bigger this morning!

We have a bunch all ready for production but we are at almost 100% capacity in the shop with other projects so we may need to farm-out production, and that creates it's own headaches! It's a nice problem to have, I consider it a blessing!

Maybe I have bad taste but IMO, I don't think the style matches the nose. I think the front edges of the intake sides should be oval to match the top nose...and the lower lip should def extend in the front and farther at the ends in a rounded patern and possibly tailor up towards the qrtrs.

Not sure if you're going for an intimidating look in the front?
