Still getting used to this whole car, trailer, towing, racing, yada yada thing.

Dave, you’re ruining the pedigree of that car...
That's what I pretty do with everything. If I could short the things I get involved with I'd be a rich man.

That is the goal -- get back to the track immediately!

Spring rates? Yup, black

Control arms? Black

Or you can answer a question with a question, for instance...
Wouldn’t you like to know?
Or
What’s it to ya?

Another idea borrowed from ol Smokey himself “it’s pretty much stock”

Joe if you don’t know by now, these guys that I bust on are really good people, some of the best! I’m a bit slow (in more ways than one) but hope to be tracking with them all soon...I’m actually going to buy a helmet tomorrow.

Good luck on Monday with the surgery!

Good luck Joe. My apologies that you found my thread to pass some of the time.

Clearly you aren't referring to me.

Get your car and safety gear ready and come south.

I got 4 track days on the books in the next 4 months.

Thanks guys, fortunately it's a one day thing (hopefully) Monday with my my kidney and they caught it it early on. I thought it was something else and was overly worried.

The best part is I could waste a week of time off catching up on things here, lol. I was hoping to work on my car but this took me out of commission due to the pain. So I sleep, then come here, and read. Heck I even read all of Weld's "Shed Build" from start to finish, and then I found out about his health and I found out I was very fortunate.

1:52, 1:53... something like that. Actually had my first beer today in 10 days.... so that tells you a little how I've been feeling which is why I missed Sonoma.

I was looking at that date too for a possible do-over.... but I'm confirmed for Laguna Seca July 16 already so that may be too close together for my schedule.... we'll see next week.
