I finally completed the Chicane coilover conversion on the subframe. I'm also working on an installation procedure for Blake and Roger at Speedtech for this conversion. Whenever it's finalized, the goal is to post it up on the Tech section of the home page if Scott will allow us.
The seams have been welded up on the frame and I plan to body work it this weekend and maybe get some primer on it. As a last minute decision, I opted to repair the front body bushing mounts. Both were pited pretty good but the passenger side was actually dented.
Here's a few photos of the brackets welded in and the subframe mount repair. I'll post more when the frame is fully assembled and has some primer on it.

Sure, but you better get your checkbook ready! LOL
LOL ! I'll get the downstairs Master suite ready then so I won't have to pay for your hotel stay too !
Thats cool that you can do that kind of work, I'm more of an engine guy(I'd like to think). I have no welding skills what so ever, I never even tried. But I have a 67' that needs tubs( i want 18x10.5-11), trunk floor, left full quarter, and maybe rear floor pan cause the previous owner was going to put a rollbar in it so I have slots cut out for it. Theres more but those are the main things right now, i'm just waiting on my financial advisor/wife to give me the OK !
