This thread made me join this forum. I've been coming and looking at this for the past 6 months or so. Man, am I glad I didn't see it when you started this project and join then....I would have been posting for updates and keeping you generally annoyed.

Ron, your car is turning out beautiful and is probably my favorite color for these cars. I'll be starting my own project some day and your car is the only one I've seen that I'd just buy (if I could afford it ) and not really have to change anything.

Great Job! I just wish I was closer so I'd have an opportunity to see it in person.

First of all, Thanks! Man that is a great compliment. What's your name O'beer Wan? I hope to get it out to the midwest maybe next year...

Second, don't listen to anything a mod with a 68 has to say. Leads directly down the :RabbitHole:

If you do make it up this way some time, PM me! I'd love to see your car in person. Make sure you have a towel to wipe off inadvertent drool spills though.

I haven't been to Cal in a few years and usually only make it to different areas for work. Unfortunately, I'm far more likely to be sent to China or Taiwan than anywhere in the U.S.....they......Well, I was about to say that they don't have any cool cars there but I remembered that when I was in Taiwan last month I was almost hit by a convoy of 6 Maseratis while trying to dogde the 500 scooters buzzing about.
