Cut a deal. Get it done. Have him do it when he is slow. Or buy a machine, do it and then sell the machine. They can make that floor look like glass. Or be a cheap ass and think about it every time you look at it for years to come. It won't chip crack or peel like floor coatings, liquids wipe right up.....Or be a cheap ass and listen to me badger you about it for years to come.
