frank what are you doing it on? i dont know if you seen the post or not but i got the g-bar setup sometime after i talked to you .when i got home from work they where on my deck i was thinking merry Christmas thanks again did lisa get the shock problem straightened out
I have done the driver's side on my Pontiac Ventura. The shop got too cluttered and back home the project went. The only problem with the drip rail on a nova or such is all the stupid trim on the back window that will bug you if you keep looking at it. Otherwise it looks really cool. After I find time to get the resulting rust off the bare metal, I'll post pics.
It really isnt that bad.. Just need to give some extra attention to your welds..Keep the small and strong. I cut a small grove in my body to make it look like there is a drip rail there in the side profile. It really looked a bit odd just smooth..Here are a couple of pics.. I am running a flush mount glass that I developed which makes the absent drip rails look nice.
