I built a custom harness. I just threw the bracket suggestion out in case someone was interested.

I mounted my computer above the glove box and mounted the fuse box onto the heater box inside the car. It's black so it doesn't really stand out and its easy to access. My heater is disconnected btw, doesn't get cold enough here to need one.

Hey guys, long time no post! So I just wanted to let you know, as far as the GMPP fuse box mounting, we have some cool news! HPI came out with a universal tab that you guys may seriously want.... it allows you to mount this pesky box anywhere, VERY EASILY. We also have model specific Connect-and-Cruise bracket kits coming out as we develop them (68-72 chevelle/a-body available now) that mount the ECU, TCU, DBW pedal, wiring pass through, and fuse box with only drilling 3 holes total, WITH HIDDEN ecus and optimum harness routing. These also come with braided harness wrap kit that includes cloth tape, hardware, and tools for installing the sleeve!

Take a look at these tabs. $10 for 2 black coated tabs with stainless hardware, or 2.50 raw each in bulk format! Our new webstore launches in a week, but you can call us or email us for these products immediately. I think its a great problem solver at a killer price. I hope not to sound preachy, but you guys asked for solutions!

Default Brackets

What are the other brackets pictured specifically for?? Great idea about the fuse box mounting tabs.

Top left looks like accelerator pedal bracket, bottom right ECU bracket. I'm guessing the other 2 are for fuse box and trans controller. Would have been nice to have an all in one solution like this when i did my conversion.

Thanks for the compliments guys! If there is interest for a specific model of car, we will build the brackets!

These ones are all available now.
