I had 2 inch and went to 3 inch and I don't think it is low enough. Not compared to the cars with coil overs. It is a nice driveable height, but not super low. Check the pics in my sig to see what it looks like.

Heres what normally happens, the owner looks at his car/measures and says I will go with the 2" lowering springs thinking that it will be perfect! But you have to remember thay your stock springs are very worn and the car is sitting lower than stock height...so when you go with the 2" springs it may actually not lower the car and possibly even raise it a tad.

Like the others have sad...go with the 3" springs if you want it sitting 'right', you may even have to run a 1" lowering block with the 3" springs.....

Hope this helps!

Ok scottybuck 11 here's a picture of my car with a set of GW 3" drop springs. It took a few months but it did come down from the height of the initial install, about 1.5". If you are still working on the car and it is not being driven, I would suggest leaving everything loose and keep some weight in the trunk. Get some measurements so you can track the drop. So basically don't panic yet. Maybe a few guys with the DSE 2" drop springs can post some pics for comparison.

As for any feelings of being stupid...you can totally dismiss those. Lots of guys have been in your shoes including me.

Default leaf spring

If you got it little extra cash laying around, let Frank with Prodigy hook you up with one of his Prodigy 4 bars. Its simple to install, adjustable ride height, and rides quite a bit better than lowered leaf springs.

Sounds good! Give it some time...sadly that's what it takes.
