I saw a similar issue where a MAP sensor went bad.

Make sure your vent hose did not get hot and collapse or melt closed altogether from touching the exhaust pipe. I have seen it before.

That was my other thought, a sensor that got unplugged or fell out... something stupid like that seems to follow me no matter what I build!

Start with the basics.... Connections, ground straps, engine codes...
