Anyone run Stainless Works headers on Art Morrison subframe?

Don- If you do decide to go the stainless route and haven't run our headers and they aren't all banged up, please feel free to give our sales and tech staff a call so you can return them.

Craig, that was not the intent of my post. I was poking fun at myself. I have no issues with your headers. They fit and they appear to be of high quality. When the issue of clearance came up I discussed it with you and it was resolved to my satisfaction. My apologies if this was construed otherwise by you or anyone else.

For the record I am very satisfied with my AME subframe and have posted many positives about it here, on pro-touring.com and ls1tech.com Customer service has been outstanding both from sales and from Matt.

I think i will follow Franks idea and order set of "WD headers " in pre bent form. And do the final fitting and welding myself. This way i can adjust them to fit as good as possible

Oh i will ,but it takes lot of time when i am there.I am still waiting my subframe to come ..

Hey guys, neither of you are going to have to do this expensive experiment. Here what I am going to do. I will do the experiment. Today I am ordering a set of Stainless Works WD headers and will test fit them. I have DSE frame and Art Morrison Frames with LS motors going into a few of our many projects right now. The headers should be ready in a few weeks and I can check them in both frames.

One of the beutiful things about buying parts from someone that builds a lot of cars, is we will KNOW if they fit from experiance. nothing better then being able to say, yup, did that yesterday! Or, nope, tried that and hated it!

nope. I build cars as well. Started as just shop projects only, but some people won't take no for an answer. Besides my '69 Blazer, '69 Camaro convertible I just bought, I have a '57 Bel-Air 2 dr HT and a '68 4x4 Chevy truck in the shop that are customers, and at least 2 more customer cars waiting until I either have more help or one of the current projects is completed.

We've got a few set of our Tri-Y headers in Wayne Due, AM and DSE chassis with no fitment issues.
