I'm pretty biased here. Yeah, it's a good opportunity to show off a more-door PT car for a change, but from an aesthetic perspective, there's a reason why 2 door muscle cars are more valuable...they look a million times better IMO. I'd say the only reasons to actually go through with a 4 door is to make it historically correct (Pro-touring it throws that out the window) or for ease of egress when tossing in a perp. It's a high-speed pursuit car.

I think a 4 door would fit the theme better. But a 2 door would look better. I guess it depends on how far you want to carry the theme.

my 2 cents take it for what its worth. I get the vibe that a lot of this is going to be done on donations and such. It will be taken to a lot of charity events and is being built to remember the fallen.

Most people that will see it will think its cool as hell and won't care if its a 2 or 4 door. They won't care if it has the trickest RS chassis or a modified stock frame. They won't care if it has Ring Bros handles or shaved handles that will cost next to nothing. They won't know the difference in if you use a cammed 6.0 or an ls7 crate motor ect ect. I say if its going to be built on the donation dime then cut cost anywhere you can to get the most car you can with the money you get.

When you get this project rolling and if you are going to use a stock chassis give me a call and we would be happy to sponsor a pair of spindles to the project.
