Hello Tim,

Thank you your reply.One reason i wanted to stay away from QL was the adjustability. Since i really dont know much about adjusting chassis do i really need these other features except ride height ? I am just about to bay one from Frank and if i have understood this right the "old" G-bar has adjustability in ride heigth too by repositioning coil over ? Is the bushing material same in poly version ?

Yes, the bushing material is will be the same. You can adjust the height a little bit with the spring, just not nearly as much as you will be able to with the new system. Frank is 100% qualified to help you with that adjustment.

question....more than one.

How harsh is the ride with the spherical bearings? I am assuming a considerable amount of vibration.

What is the life expectancy of those?

Noise?

How much real world performance gain is there between those and the poly? Meaning an 80% street and 20% track day situation.

The ride is not that harsh, the sperical bearings ride in a polymer race, so that contains some of the harshness. It DOES transfer more vibration that the stock suspension, but it is not out of hand.
The Polymer race also cuts down on the noise as compared to a rod-end type 4-link. There should be no random movement, rattling, etc. so noise is really not a problem.
Life expectancy is very good, the pivot ball ends are contained by a threaded retaining ring that is both greasable and adjustable, so if you do experience wear, you can just tighten the ring a 1/4 turn (or whatever is needed) adn be on your way. Worst case scenario, if you wear it out, it is easily rebuilt.

My car has a little vibration now as I am running a rubber bushing up front and the del-alum in the rear of the leafs. Solid subframe bushings, etc. I do not see that as a big deal. I have ridden in some of the 4 link cars and that is not acceptable to me, so that is good news.

I assume with the 3 link option on the Gbar you will be using a panard or watts linkage? Any real gains there?

You are at the top of my list. Waiting to hear back from one other manufacturer before I make my decision.

ETA on the new product for the first Gen?

I am not sure how the 3-link came into the discussion of our parts, we have no plans at the moment.....we have a torque-arm suspension in TCP, but nothing in the works for the F-Bodies, Just the g-Bar triangulated 4-link

ETA.....I can't say anything officially at the moment, as soon as I can, I will.
