Default grill

Try cutting the grill to fit in between the two headlights inside of
the area that leads to the radiator

Paint the structure behind the grill black, and recess the grill. It will look more like a '68 grill with chrome strips. The worst part about it is the orange behind it.

Sparky this car IS a show car. An ISCA best of show winner, but that doesnt mean it doesnt get driven. The car drove from Boston to Orlando Florida for the 2006 Hot Rod power tour and drove the entire tour 3500 MILES. The only problem I had was 1 broken air ride shock which was replaced on the road. I dont know what you mean when you say hidden headlights make a 67 Camaro...it is a 67 Camaro, and has hidden headlights

The entire car is painted Kandy Orange(tagarine)...inside out, top bottom, wheel wells engine bay core support, backs of fenders...there is no black on the entire care....black would look out of place. I know what you saying with the black behind there...it just wont work with this car.

but the original RS grille will look out of place in such a custom car.

if you change it.. you should modify the rs grille also.. perhaps spraying it black then paint the slats orange. or mound billet slats over orange.

I have seen your car and the detail and paint are killer. The grille is just too 80's looking. Maybe use the stock lamp bucket portin painted car color and keep your billet in the center only. The paint is such a stand out that you just do not need the custom grille.

Sure there is... got tires don't it? At least paint the bars black on the grill and only leave the face shiny which should downplay the grill.
