it's not all the way aired out, but it sits real nice at this height. Laid out, the rockers are about 1/2" off the ground. Hopefully the new shoes will be here in the next few weeks.

it's a 555ci big block with Kinsler injection backed with a th400. I don't have the exact specs in front of me, but I'll dig them up.

front fenders are on, and some of the assembly has begun. Hopefully in the next day or two it'll be mostly together, and the interior will start.

Car looks incredible - looking forward to more pics.

as for the washed out red I am assuming your shooting with a flash.

If so - Put the camera on a tripod, turn off the flash and put the settings on Automatic.

Don't try to hold the camera or you may get a blurry image.

This should yeild a different result in the picture.
