Exactly lol. Doesn't get much use in warmer weather. That's a leftover from my old shop and my buddy Steve bringing me a Starbucks every week when he visited lol.

eeeewwww microwaved coffee? That's an old man move. Literally, I've never seen anyone but old men do that, lol. Get a small drip machine or a Keurig.

The new shop is tidy and well lit. Hope you enjoy Oregon. That's a gorgeous state, too.

I have a Keurig, the microwave is just for re-heating it if I get side-tracked on a project and it gets cold lol. Never even heard of microwaved coffee.

Yeah huge, and will get worse when the car gets here. But everything else about this move, the area, people, neighborhood, views, etc. are awesome. I felt lucky to find a place like this with a shop at all, I'll have to make it work.

As the years go by, this smaller space will end up being just right.

Don't worry you not the only one. Florida is slowly out pricing the Floridians, Lots of Floridians moving to the Carolinas and Tennessee,

Housing prices, Insurance prices cars and housing, cost of living, there's a mass exodus leaving the state. might have slowed, a little now, I will say every time I look at my car insurance and homeowner's it's always moving up not down!!!
