Looks great, SW. That's some serious power.

Why start with a 454SS truck though? Is there more to these trucks than the 454 engine?

Any thing done to the suspension and brakes to make em more "slot car esque"?

I just have a thing for them. They also have a heavy duty 14 bolt rear end, 480LE trans, 6k Rpm factory tach, 110mph speedo and the '91-'93s are super rare.

I had white '92 454SS. Great truck! I bet you at least doubled the fuel economy with that swap! My stock truck got about 10-12 mpg.

Thanks SW. I figured there was a little more to them than just having the 454 under the hood. I've always thought the trucks looked great, but I know very little about them.
