I may make the next VMSC auto-x, and I'm running with the NASA guys at VIR in March. How did you do on the course? Did the wind keep moving the cones around on ya! Lot's of the guys here local were complaining about the course.
Are you doing the tackdaze event, or the nasa event at the end of march at VIR?

I lost to a bunch of turbo scions. My best time was a 62.0something, down from a first run of 66.4or7something. It was my first Autocross ever, though, so I guess I can't be too unhappy. I can't say much about if the course was bad or good for the same reason, though. First one.

I'm running the Patriot Course with Tidewater Sports Car Club on March 30th. This is in conjunction with the NASA event there all weekend. We may do the Kart Enduoro on Sat night just for fun too.

This year was my first Auto-X year too, my goal for every event was to just outrun one mini and one miata! VMSC has a few clinics that you can participate in, I did one at VIR last summer and it really helped me out a bunch. Both from setting the car up and improving my seat time skills. Believe me, big heavy cars with ton's of HP are a real handful when your learning.

How's the M3 Killer coming along?

its good to see some muscle cars at the auto-xs.

A camera mount would be a nice addition if you plan on filming a lot.
