ive had many sets of iforged wheels,and their service is terrible,I never had a problem with fitment, but trying to communicate with them is a nightmare.

Wow! That's crazy.
I would try to still talk to the person in charge some VP or even the president of the Co. This kind of stuff spreads very quickly like in forums. I would think that they wouldn't want that kind of bad publicity.

Doom - I agree with you. In my opinion it never should have come to what I had to go through to make this right - there are too many companies that do business the right way and stand by their product and process. I'm buying another set of wheels for my 68 c10 project and was considering iForge but will look for an alternative now.

Unfortunutly this happens to people all the time and most just want the easy way out to get them on the car, if you have been waiting for weeks to get these most people will just take the easy fix.

This is why you call us when you need wheels, or one of the other companies up here that sale wheels. We order the wheels you need and if we mess up the measurement we eat the fix with no questions. Most of the wheel companies are charging more for the wheels so they are very comparible to the three piece stuff now.

Return what you have and get it right or order from someone else. I would love your buisness but there are plenty of good guys up here to order wheels from. Good luck

I have heard similar stories regarding iForged in the past.

Thankfully there are manufacturers & dealers here on this forum that offer excellent customer service. Taking the time to understand and solving a customer issue is something every company should do (in a timely mannor).

It is unfortunate the way iForged has handled your situation. The process for fixing the issue should be easy from the manufacturing side.
