The land IS included in the sale. As for cheap advertising I have heard he does not sell anything he only will sell it all together. If you think he's nut's the guy that bought all the semi trailer full of part's from Wisconson a year or two ago, he paid almost double that with shipping and he got less than half of what is for sale here and he didn't get any land.

Your correct ... land is included.
So Wisconson guy paid 3m+ for a trailer (1) full of parts? Really? Maybe for the rarest NOS parts, maybe...

Not ONE trailer sorry should have been more clear I think it was 8 or 10 -12 something like that. And inside some of the trailers there was 1 LS6 Chevelle and 1 Yenko Camaro plus a couple of others. I will try to find the link to the story.
