I had great luck getting my parts from Tyler. Items were shipped fast and even if I would have to wait it's worth it. The parts are not mass produced and are unique. People here know all about the spindles and his products but others who are not on the boards that look at them (spindles) trip out and think they are custom made till I tell them otherwise. Plus it's always nice to support small business imo. I think he works hard and is likely not going to get rich in Performance Industry but it beats wearing a tie

Sure there are times that some shops need a little push, but it's more so to let people know what's going on, not to get them to ship things. As for Delivery time...I've had to wait on Jegs and Summit for back order parts. That's normal when it comes to this stuff. Yeah it sucks, but it happens. When it comes to customer service TYLER (not Taylor) is top notch and second to none! He wins that award hands down. Anyone that knows Tyler is well aware that he wants you to have your order (NOW) and to be happy with his products. He wants you to be out driving your car and loving it.

Hope all you guys get your stuff soon. Take it easy on the ATS gang. I know for a fact they are working very hard to make all of you happy.

Talked to Tyler yesterday- he provided me the info I needed and I will surely purchase some parts from him here in the next couple of days. All of us that are in the business know how backed up parts availability can get- ALL car builders run into the same supply headaches and parts quality issues.
I've used ATS products before and they are second to none. I'm glad to see the forum here work its magic- Thanks

My ATS spindles are the one part of my car I'm most proud of.

My car is a "bolt-on warrior" so wthout them it's coolness factor would plummet by about 8 points.

I would have to Agree Tyler hands down will work with you to get you what you need. We had a mix up with some of my account info and he took care of me right away. I know that I will be buying from Tyler again because of the way he took care of me.
