The 2JZ Camaro is back and making more power than ever! Dyno Video and Quick Driving Clip! New upgrades include; aggressive stage 2 camshafts, Brian Crower Chrome Silicone Alloy Springs and Titanium Retainers, the rev limit raised to 8,500RPM, boost raised to 37psi and an open exhaust flow. The car now dynos 823RWHP which equals 1,029BHP at the motor!
20% drivetrain loss with a manual trans?

What does it run in the quarter? I'd be real interested in what the car weighs, too.

What does it have for suspension?

Cool Camaro and I like it. Definately outside of the box thinking.

the guys been blowing smoke about this car for almost a year... The fact that he refuses to even pit it against one of his other 3 first gen camaros says plenty to me.... I think this cars more of a promotional tool for his company EVS than anything. It was built for shock value and dyno pulls. Nothing else. Just like MANY supras....

There are plenty of amazingly quick supras out there, but also plenty dyno queens.

Seems like a waste of money to me when you could spend less money and have a LSX turbo'd making as much if not more.

Well we took the Camaro out on its first road trip yesterday. It was very interesting. The trip was about 200 miles one way and it did really good. We actually ran down a sport bike on the way there(he pulled up in front and wanted to run see if we could keep up. Then on the way home there was a group of about 8 more sport bikes and we were with them all the way neck and neck from a roll up to about 120 mph and we ran up on another car so had to slow down. It is amazing how the car pulls when the turbo spools up. And best part was it was only set at about 600 to 700 hp.Once the chassis is dialed in and slicks on it, it should run very well. I tried to get more pics but couldnt really take any good ones. The power this 6 cyl makes is really unbelieveable. It takes off like a rocket ship from 70 mph.

I think the back of that car looks just like a Kawasaki with those pipes.

I don't usually post much, but a comment like this I couldn't resist. I find it entertaining that some people like to make comments on things they don't know anything about. The joy of the internet know it all. So how do you measure the downpipe on your computer monitor? Do you have some special program that allows you to put it in at the correct real life scale? What a useful too, can you share it with us? Have a nice day.
