I voted a LS2.

An LS7 would be nice, but at nearly $14k for one, I can do alot better for less $$$.

A LS2 with good rods and pistons and a little boost will nail down nearly 770rwhp with excellent manners on the street for a couple grand less than the LS7. I have done it plenty of times. The Turbo motors get the wow factor when the hood open too.
