Default Paint shops in the Bay Area?

Can I get a couple of recomendations on people to take a look at in the South Bay (San Jose area).

Anyone to avoid?

I don't want a 2 year paint-jail episode.

You are in Campbell eh?

We'll have to get together and talk about this over a beer or something. I am looking for what I like to call a "utility" paint job. Some shops shy away from that kind of thing.

Yeah beer is good. I have a fridge just for that purpose. I know a guy in Campbell who could do that kind of paint as well.

Right on. I'm not ready to get started right away, but I like the idea of getting to know somone a bit, see some of their work etc before I commit.

Go to Gearhead garage in Sacramento. Call Jason at 916-481-2277. Talk to Jason or Mike. The painter they use is really good, and I'm shocked at the stuff that he's done, and he's in the middle of doing my car right now. He should be finished in 2 weeks or so, and Ill have updated pictures on my profile.
