Hmmm, Sorry just trying to help you with some options, Didn't see the 4 week time frame. Looks like you were asking for something on the self or less than 8 weeks out, or longer.

Your first post is a loaded question. Billet wheels usually are made to order. You never mention a size. That also decides lead time.

I need wheels tomorrow but I'm not going to tell you what kind of car I own, my budget, wheel size, tire size, backspacing...... I'd bet they all have wheels on the shelf that size.
