Well Guys we drug her inside today, Really drug, Blown up tires and no rear axle is what you get for 350 bucks. We set it on the ground this morning with a 5" front and 5.5" rear ride height and Damn she looks really good. We set it up with 20's and 22's. I thought for sure it would be a less static tire difference, maybe 19's and 20's but the 22 looks money in the rear. With the rails being 34" OD front to rear it is only a 2 Dimensional frame front to rear. So that makes it pretty easy to design in Solidworks. I just need a wheelbase measurement and a few other measurements and we are ready to rock.

Here some early mock up pics.

badass, and I can't wait to see the chassis build, the work you guys do is absolutely phenomenal. Makes me want to build yet another chassis for my truck.

Don't do it, You will never get the project done. Ask me how I know. The tube chassis was the 4th chassis in the 12 years I have owned the farm truck. If I could think of a way to out due the tube chassis I probably would have. I'm that crazy. This one will be cool, but not tube. We will design it in Solidworks and laser cut the boxed rails. I have some slick ideas for this one but nothing like a tube chassis.

Yours is pretty killer also....

Any more progress pics? My dad is building an air bagged 61 style side F100 (not unibody), so we'll be very interested to see the progress on this one. It's gunna be awesome when it's finished!

Rodger is a very humble guy........ He makes it appear that everything is so "easy" on his projects.

We all know that the work that the crew at Ironworks does is awesome, but let's give them some credit where its due.

At lot goes in to the precision planning of a project for customers, as well as their own stuff.....

For example, the following photos are just a sample of the various rides heights that were tried before they nailed it.
