'69 Camaro 186" vs. '55 Chevy sedan 195.6".
I know that's what it says on the spec pages, but in my mind the '55 seems way longer. Maybe someone here that has 1 of each will comment on this optical 'delusion'  .

I've always figured the '57's were pretty long with the fins and bumperettes, etc. But to me, the '55 always did seem more compact, so I wouldve guessed even less, maybe 5-6". I'm actually surprised that it's as much as it is, but we all know that about 8" of that is the bumpers alone since they stick out a LOT around each corner of the tri-5's. I bet if you took the bumpers off the '55, they'd be the same. Granted you can't run with no rear, but no front looks kinda cool.

The '57's were 200" and the '56's 197" and change I think.
These kind of pics led me to believe it was longer than the actual 9.6" difference vs. the '69 Camaro.
