Check out this site http://autobodystore.com/home.shtml. Alot of good info. I would either plastic media blast if the car is all apart. If not, then I would use the Makita buffer with 40 or 60 grit discs.

You can always brush on the Aircraft stripper and lay bisquene (sp) plastic over the panel. Do it in the shade, pretty good stuff. I didn't know how it was spelled either but when I googled it - it didn't come up with your version - so a little more searching and I finally got the sheet plastic. Now I'll never forget it!

OK... It was a very, VERY messy job but I think the worst of it is over. I would up using a grinder and a poly stripping pad to get through the 2K primer then used aircraft stripper to get the other layers off. I still have to DA the whole thing but before I do, I have a couple of other hurdles to get over.
