Welcome to FL Steve. Not that I know shiite about living in NY, but I'm sure the cost of living difference will be a nice change. Well, until you go to register a vehicle

Now if we could just get Jake to head down this way...

What the average $10k a year taxes for s 60x100 plot and a 1800sq ft cape costing $600k isn't appealing..... LOL wish I was right behind you. Long Island is just beyond expensive.

Good luck with the move. My in-laws live in Plantation Bay and the weather is just awesome. Nice place to live. I'll look you up next time i'm in the area.
