forced induction engines, even with a good ring seal, by their very nature will have more crankcase pressure than a good condition n/a setup. I don't think under boost your way would work in a forced induction setup, but it's a great option for n/a, and am glad you posted about it.

I've often wodered why the fuel-pump block-off wasn't used more for this. I assumed it was because there was too much oil going through there.

It works great for me! But I don't have a forced induction engine either! As Jody explained - those engines just have to much crankcase pressure... but in my NA motor - this solved a nasty little oil drip that drove me crazy.
