Sparco great seats- super comfortable, great support and lots of style. No one mentioned them so I thought I'd mention them.

I'm with you Dave. Sparcos are very nice. Since nobody noticed he wants pictures,well........ They are large but comfortable, supportive, and great on the race track. Couldn't be happier with the all around package.

I bought mine from madracings concepts. Almost a knockoff of Arizen seats. $450 or so shipped for the pair, black leather, with cut outs. They feel really great and hug you also. Look great as well. I set a little tall on the tracks I have now, so I might just mount them directly to the floor where I need them. I can get some pics but here's a good article about them...

It's one of the most important choices made on a build IMO. I must have bad posture or a bad back but the only seats that felt like I could sit in for hours at a time where recaros. Good luck. Nice car Todd.

That's not my article. My seats are plain and I figured I wouldnt be big pimpin in the seat category.

I had no idea that Sparco was in SoCal, if I'd know I would have gone by to sit in everything and anything they had sitting around. As it is, I haven't sat in any Sparco's although I have heard rather high praise about the Sparco Milano's among others. I can recommend Recaros from personal experience. I sat in a fair amount of seats before making a decision and found the Recaros to be the best compromise between being supportive enough for the occasional track day, and comfortable enough for the street. Oh and I have a bad back, so Recaro's lumbar support gimmick has been nice.

Default Thank you

This was the kind of feedback I was looking for. I'm in SoCal so maybe I'll start by checking out Sparco.

That's the best advice, try as many seats as you can and spend as much time in them as possible because they have to work for YOU and your budget. Opinions are great for starters, but everyone will tell you the best (or worst) seats are the ones they have in their car. And for good reason, they've spent time in them. Personally I like C5/6 seats because I spent time in them, so I modified a set to fit in my car. A lot of people don't like them because they're pretty narrow. But I'm skinny so they work great for me. Good luck!
