Big trucks and SUVs? I would think that would be nothing compared to the road quality in CA. It would tear a little car like that up

With regards to safety.. its rated 4 out of 5 NCAP so its propably much safer than both my malibu and mustang... the car is basically a rollcage with engine, suspension and bodypanels bolted on.. it has airbags, abs, esp and belt tensioners so im not that worried.. besides its electronically limited to 83 mph..

but its better than a moped, and buying a brand new 71 mpg car gives me time, money and peace of mind to work on my projects instead of always having somthing on teh daily driver that needs fixing... rolling projects that you need to commute suck, everything always seem to be half assed on them

and the last big reason for buying it was that the govermenmt just decided to give cars that do over 65 mpg a BIG tax break... so i get almost 10 grand knocked off the stickerprice because of environmental tax exemption...
