Decided to do a little buttoning up on the motor for now...gonna run carbed for a little while until I can afford the fuel injection. I want to upgrade the suspension and rolling stock first...get her moving. Then possibly do the injection then body or vice versa...
Oh well...on to the pics...sorry for the clutter...too much crap in the garage!!!
That olds power looks killer, I get where your comming from. EFI is either expensive or it takes a bunch of your time to build using some of the home build options.
Lots to do, hard to pick where to start and what the priorities are.

I most definitely plan on doing the EFI but I know myself too damn well and won't be able to not drive the thing...hahaha
So like you said...all in stages. I am definitely knocking out the suspension first then wheels and tires to make her a roller.
From there, we'll see what the bank account will allow.
Well...I think I might have taken a slight shift in directions...a coworker of mine had been working on me for a while to pick something up off him and oh well...I couldn't resist:
I got a ridiculous deal on this baby! Goin' blowthrough now!!!
What's the compression ratio in the motor?
Will it need to go lower to utilize that whirligig thing?
Cool!
Right now the CR is 9.7:1 which will obviously not work too well on pump...haha. BUT I got my eye on a set of Aluminum heads that should drop the compression significantly enough to get away with Pump Gas...we shall see.
