Default That part you always see but can never find when you need it....

Ok guys... I'm racking my brain and wearing out Google here...

I need a remote mount oil filter adaptor with a built in thermostat bypass. Preferably 3/4-16 with the two lines in one side and two lines out the opposite side. I swear I've seen them before flipping through catalogs and such but now that I need it I can't seem to find one with a thermostat built in- Except a Greddy model that has a 90* line layout that wouldn't work.

I've have found remote mount adaptors from every major brand- all without thermostats. I've found separate oil thermostats. I've found sandwich mount thermostatic oil cooler adaptors that wont work in this application.

Anybody know of one?

Try canton or earls.

From what I can remember I've been through at least:

Earls
Permacool
Derale
Transdapt
Moroso
Flexalite
Canton

I've even started calling to make sure I haven't missed it online. I can't believe no one makes this!

Try the link below for one made by Hardin Marine. I think the sections can be clocked to give you the 180 degree-phased, 2 in/2 out configuration. The brackets are designed to be mounted to the head, so it may not be exactly what you are looking for. The one from Greedy is a nice piece, but the inlets/outlets are 90 degrees apart.

No luck on CV products and although that hardin marine setup looks pretty nice it also looks too big for the area I have to work with.

Thanks for the help guys- I guess I'll be asking around for it at SEMA next week.
